The CLAS Academic Advising Center is happy to announce that we have a new addition to our team! Jason Prowant is a returning GVSU Laker, who will be working with Pre-Professional Students here in the Center. Welcome Jason!
“Hello Lakers! I am a new Academic Advisor in the CLAS Advising Center and will work with pre-professional students in the health majors. I am a graduate of GVSU with a B.S. in Physical Education with a Coaching Emphasis and a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Leadership and I am excited to be back at my alma mater. While at GVSU as an undergrad I was a member of the Cross Country/Track and Field teams. Prior to joining the CLAS Academic Advising Center I was an Academic Advisor for student-athletes at Davenport University. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting you!”
